The Most Common Symptoms of Menopause
The symptoms of menstrual stop usually last for the whole menopause change (till the mid fifties), but few women may also experience them for rest of their lives. Night sweats is a common perspiration disorder which occurs during the sleep, covering the body in sweat.
Vaginal Dryness
Vaginal dryness is basically the loss of the moisture and soft feel from the lining of vaginal area. It is indicated with itching and irritation. Due to the drop in estrogen levels, the vaginal tissues start to dry and become less elastic and more prone to infections.
Sudden Tears and Mood Swings
A woman with mood swings is like a human roller coaster. Her mood swings are out of control, intense and sudden.
Fatigue
Fatigue is the most common menopause symptoms. It is defined as a continuous and persistent feeling of tiredness, weakness, and lowered energy levels. This is different from drowsiness, which is a deep urge to sleep. Fatigue implies lack of energy and not sleepiness.
Sleep Problems
If you are waking up a lot of times at night, turning, tossing and suffering with insomnia, it might actually be connected with menstrual stop. When women begin to go through menopause, they may find that their sleep is less and they become restless.
Memory Lapses
