There are worries in her eyes. “Why are you asking that question?”, I replied. I told she is still very young to be worried about these things. She is still so young. I am very proud of her. She has the look and the body that are envied by girls of her age and even older. Her skin is flawless and have no signs of imperfections. “I’m worried, Mom”, my daughter continued, are your advises about the causes of cellulites, calories and fats will help maintain my looks? I again questioned her why she’s thinking of those things now. She said she have seen women, looking much older than their age. She’s known quite a few men who looks younger than their wives or girlfriends.
Don’t worry about those things I told her. My advise to her — avoid foods that are causes of cellulites fats and bad cholesterol. Continue with her exercises. It’s a surefire remedy to keep you fit, neat and looking young. It’s really unfortunate we are more susceptible to cellulites. We have to work hard to avoid having cellulites and fats. It is greatly suggested to drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. Lots of water in our digestive system prevents water retention. Water retention is one of the causes of cellulites. Our family is genetically slender, reducing the chances of cellulites. She will retain her youthful look as long as she works for it and eating the right kind of foods. That I guarantee. I am the testament to all this. People often mistaken me for a twenty year old lady when in fact I am already in my middle thirties. I have taken good care of my skin. Men are still looking my way. And I owe it to my rigid regimen of healthy foods and exercise. I have forever banished from my palette rich fatty foods that are sure causes of cellulites, fats and bad cholesterol. You only need to have a healthy eating habit and proper exercise and all will be well. You will not only look young, but you will feel young. The latter finally convinced my daughter. She will follow all my advises because she knows it’s right.
