The Most Typical Pregnancy Symptoms
Sunday, January 8th, 2012There are many common pregnancy symptoms, and are often mistaken for other infirmities such as the flu or stomach pathogen. Experiencing several of these symptoms could mean that you’re pregnant, or they could in fact indicate you are unwell. The only way to confirm whether you are actually pregnant is to see a health care pro.
The most important indicator of course, is missing a regular period. An absence in a routinely regular cycle will almost certainly indicate pregnancy. If cycles aren’t as regular, it may be more difficult to maintain a tally of when your monthly friend is due to arrive.
Fatigue is another common indicator. Your body is going through extraordinary hormone changes and this takes its toll on your energy level. You may not know what’s taking place inside but there is new life that is forming, developing and getting ready to enter the planet.
Revulsion and puking can happen on a nearly daily basis, especially within the first quarter. For most ladies, it occurs first thing in the morning, but can occur anytime throughout the day. This usually diffuses in the second trimester.
Breast tenderness and tenderness is another common indicator. In the beginning stages, breasts change shape and fill out as they prepare to produce milk. This normally lasts for the 1st couple of months. Finally, the tenderness goes away, sometimes in the second trimester.
An increase in basal temperature will typically happen and you may feel warm almost all of the time. Even in the middle of winter, you might find yourself opening a window for cooler air. This is due to hormone changes that are happening in your body. If you experience any or all of these common pregnancy symptoms, you might need to get a home testing kit before following up with your health care provider.
