My very best anti aging tip is one you might not have thought of, but which is very important. The single best anti aging tip is to keep your body healthy. And one of the things that you can do to help stay healthy is to avoid mainstream beauty products such as cosmetics and anti aging products which often contain chemicals that can damage your health.

Why is the best anti aging tip to stay healthy? Because staying healthy means that your body will show it. Your body, and your skin, reflect your overall state of health and if you’re state of health is poor then your skin will probably be poor as well. It’s very hard to have great looking glowing skin if the rest of your body is unhealthy.

And although it may seem strange to say it, particularly if this is the first time that you’ve heard about this, one of the things that can damage your health is to use mainstream anti-aging products. This is because they are laden with man-made chemicals, many of which are known to be bad for us, and in some cases are known to cause cancer. I know it’s bad news but fragrances, in many cases, are just another chemical designed in the laboratory to smell nice. But there still just chemicals and some of them can damage your health. And if you try to find out which chemical fragrances are in your products you often can’t from looking at the label because the manufacturers are allowed to use such general terms as “fragrances” to protect their “secret formulas”.

1. There’s a range of chemical fragrances that are used in products in the US but which are banned in Europe. The European Union’s scientific committee on cosmetic products and non-food products has found in studies that somewhere around 2 out of 100 people can become sensitised to fragrances and this can lead to allergic reactions and may even damage their immune system.

2. Chemical fragrances are known to be amongst the top allergens leading to a range of different allergies in people who are subject to them including asthma.

3. In 1986 in the US the National Academy of Sciences found that there were some fragrances that they could identify as being a potential neurotoxin, and which could potentially cause brain damage.

There’s more, but I’m sure you get the idea. Mainstream anti-ageing products, as well is a host of other products such as cosmetics and personal and beauty products, contain chemical ingredients that may be damaging to your health. This includes chemical fragrances.

Now you might be seeing why our best anti aging tip is to stay healthy, and part of that is avoiding mainstream personal and beauty products such as anti aging products and cosmetics. Looking good is important, and if you’re healthy on the inside you look better and feel better anyway.

Filling yourself up with artificial chemicals like chemical fragrances can have the exact opposite effect to what you really want to achieve, being healthy and feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside.

Fortunately the good news is that there are small companies that manufacture high quality natural skin care products who recognize the problem with chemical ingredients such as fragrances and to seek to manufacture high quality products with no fragrances or other dangerous chemical ingredients. Often these small companies struggle to compete with the marketing budgets of the big name players that probably make the anti aging products you may have in your cupboard right now.

Is It Possible To Reverse (And Prevent) Skin Sun Damage?

As you age your skin ages with you. Whilst there’s nothing that you can do about getting older there are several factors that bear more directly on the state, and the look, of your skin than just about anything else. Reverse these factors and your skin will thank you for it. One of the most potent ways to damage your looks is by excessive skin sun damage. This isn’t good for your skin care.

Too much time spent in the sun is terrible for your skin. Whether you get sunburned or even if you just spend a lot of time in the sun you can age your skin prematurely. Along with another factor, namely smoking, these are the 2 worst things you can do to ensure your skin will show your age earlier.

The rays of the sun can be seriously damaging. At worst it is now known that one of the implications of sunburn can be skin cancer which can lead to your death. Many people are aware of the risk of skin cancer but are less aware that exposure to the sun can, over time, lead to premature skin ageing. This is technically called photo-aging.

Of course there are always things you can do to help prevent excessive exposure to ultraviolet radiation and therefore lower the incidence of skin sun damage, and therefore improve your overall regime of face skin care. Most important is to remember to stay out of direct sunlight during the middle of the day, particularly during summer. If you do need to go outdoors in the middle of the day for any extended period of time then wear a hat a broad brim together with a long sleeved shirt. However these are not complete answers. Then of course there are sunscreens to help prevent skin sun damage. However it is now becoming more widely known that many sunscreens do not offer full protection from the different ultraviolet rays produced by the sun, in particular those can lead to serious skin sun damage problems such as cancer.

It is possible to get natural sunscreens. There are a number of components of plants, for example, that will act as a natural sunscreen and help protect you from burning. Not only that but several of these, according to some of the most recent science, can actually help reverse the effects of photo-aging.

Lycopene is one of these ingredients. If you read the health literature you may well know about lycopene. It’s an ingredient of tomatoes and the studies are showing that lycopene can have some beneficial effects on your health. For example there is growing evidence that increasing your intake of lycopene can help prevent breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men. On top of this there is now evidence that more lycopene can help reverse the effects of photo-aging on your skin and therefore help reverse skin sun damage you may have suffered in earlier years.

And lycopene is not the only natural sunscreen available, there are others sourced from plants that offer natural protection, though you ought not rely on a natural sunscreen alone to protect you from the suns rays.

Cutting edge science is starting to understand more about the mechanisms of photo-aging, one of the most damaging causes of premature ageing. And modern science is also starting to produce products that utilize the benefits inherent in these natural sunscreens.

Ask you children what they want to see happen in the world. For the first time in your life, listen to them please. Oh, I know…it’s that, Universal Law stuff again. Well it’s true whether you believe it or not.

  Your child and I wish for you to listen to us for just one minute. If tomorrow there was a great world wide wind that sucked up all the nuclear weapons, guns, military mania, greed, money, and tyrants of this world, what do you think would happen?

What was that comment I just Heard? Standing around twiddling our thumbs? Would you even know how to survive? Technology even robs us of a basic means to survive, without all the modern trappings. Scary thought indeed.

Well it seems to me and your kids, that we all would need to go back to the land, grow food and help, not just our families but the community as well. If the community doesn’t thrive then, there are no children born, no bartering systems in place and we would all starve and die. Your children have more of a fighting spirit for life in them, than you.

We would actually have to start relying on each other and try and get along, according to your children. WOW, there’s a concept. We would have to share, communicate, work together, empower each other and actually have genuine and good feelings for each other. Maybe you could start taking lessons off your brilliant and smart world leader child of tomorrow.

Do you see now, what is badly lacking in our world, yesterday, today?  Let’s not make it tomorrow too, your child wants you to know that.

So before we blow each other out of extinction and these days that’s a very real possibility, what are you going to do about it?

“Well I’m just one person, I can’t do anything about it.” With an attitude like that, your right, you can’t. Your child has now decided they are no longer speaking to you. Stop reading this and go away. You just shamed your child.

One person, begets 2. Two People, begets 4. Four People, begets 10, and so on and so forth. That’s the ultimate power we all have inside of us. The Power of 2.

WHICH PART OF – I HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE MY FUTURE- DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND?

STOP STANDING AROUND AND WAIT FOR THE OTHER PERSON TO PICK UP THE BALL AND RUN WITH IT. Don’t you love your children? If you do not help your children now, there will be no future left for them in 20 years. Do you really think our world can continue in it’s current state?

We cannot keep going this way. Our World is dying, don’t you care? Is existing simply enough for you? How pathetic. Take a good long look at yourself in the mirror. Do you like what you see? This country was founded through the “WE THE PEOPLE.” Our ancestors never stopped fighting for truth, justice and the future. Are you just a sheep that just blindly follows what your told. Stop being controlled by others and snap out of it!

I have asked the same question to hundreds of children: “What do you want to see happen in our world?” Do you want to hear their answer? Your children gave me this answer:

“I want to live in the world where no one kills anyone and no other children starve to death, where no bad men can hurt me and where we can all play together.”

Your Child said to me, Can you please tell mommy and daddy that from me?

How do you feel now? Ashamed? Angry? Good! You should be. How dare you rob them of their future and the right to live in a world full of peace.

Let your children and I, know when you are ready to help us change the world.  We need you. . . We love you.

If You Had An Anxiety Attack, Would You Realise?

Panic and anxiety attacks are on the increase. The cause of the increase isn’t fully understood, but modern life with all its pressure and stress could be a factor. But the fact remains they are causing more and more people no end of problems.

How can you know you are suffering an anxiety attack? That’s a hard one as the symptoms are wide ranging and can be quite mild, although they can also be terrifying. Symptoms could be a simple hot flush to a more terrifying racing heart and shallowness of breath.

I’m sure if you were having the latter symptoms you would be aware right now that you are having panic attacks and need help to stop them. But you could also be having mild symptoms and not even know it’s an anxiety related attack. These mild symptoms could well be warning signs of something worse to come.

The first (bad) panic attack my wife suffered was actually while she was driving. Needless to say it wasn’t just the actual anxiety attack that frightened her but the fact she could have crashed and killed herself and others. It won’t do anyone any good to dwell on this type of scenario.

If you haven’t been feeling yourself lately, maybe you’ve had one or two of these symptoms… Fidgeting, feeling irritated, hard to sleep, on edge or anxious or lack of concentration. Having any of these mild symptoms could be a warning sign.

Let me put you at ease a little before you actually break out and have an attack. Many things can cause symptoms like the above symptoms. And you shouldn’t worry about them. Lack of sleep may just be too much caffeine. Fidgeting may be uncomfortable clothing.

But before we dismiss everything it’s still safer to be sure you aren’t a panic attack victim. Taking an anxiety symptoms test can give you a much clearer idea of your risk. You simply tick a few yes or no boxes and total your score at the end.

Panic attacks and anxiety attacks are the same thing really. It doesn’t make them any less frightening though! I was witness to my wife suffering a panic attack while at the wheel of our car. To say I was scared is the understatement of the century.

If you think you might be showing symptoms of anxiety attacks there’s a simple test you can do. All you do is tick either yes or no on a series of questions. Check out the notes at the end of the test and it will tell you whether you may need to do something about it.

The test is basically a big list of possible anxiety symptoms. If you ticked one or more boxes then you may well need get further help, fast! The very last thing you need is an anxiety attack in the wrong place at the wrong time.

If you are showing any symptoms from the anxiety test then you can follow the links to get further info on how to stop them dead before they start. My wife uses these techniques to stop her attacks before they start so I know it’s definitely possible to cure them. My wife saw dozens of shrinks and doctors before we uncovered this lifesaving technique.

One of the main symptoms of anxiety attacks is rapid heart beat and shortness of breath. Often these symptoms start for no know reason. Then they quickly move to an almost mortifying fear of dread.

The symptoms themselves can actually make the attack worse as you are now panicking about the panic attack. This makes it much worse and very difficult to get control. But, if you can identify the signs you can employ techniques to stop it in it’s tracks and carry on your day as if nothing ever happened.

Once you are confident enough to know and recognise your impending panic attack and are able to stop it dead. If you have confidence to recognise an attack you can improve your technique and assign your anxiety to the past.

It seems unbelievable but in these modern times anxiety disorders are on the increase. Anxiety disorders can be paired with panic disorders, which also includes panic and anxiety attacks. They are mostly one and the same.

Is there a reason for the increase in people suffering these debilitating attacks? I’m sure there is & I’m sure the scientific community will happily produce a number of factors they see as responsible. Whatever the underlying factors it doesn’t make then any less important or frightening to the sufferers.

There are a lot of symptoms to these disorders and you might not even be aware of it but you might be suffering or on the verge of being a sufferer. We are never born with these disorder but they seem to strike suddenly & with great force. You can take an anxiety symptoms test & identify whether you have, or are going to have a disorder.

Usually a simple anxiety symptoms test will be series of check boxes that you either answer yes or no. You can then add up your score & read the advice given. After reading your score you can take the advice given & seek further help to fight back against these attacks.

A few of the anxiety symptoms test questions might seem trivial and unimportant. Nonetheless they are important in forming an overall picture. Ticking yes to one or two questions might not seem overly serious but it depends on which questions you have ticked.

Take the question “Do you find it hard to sit still, and need to fiddle”. I often feel like this but I don’t see it as a warning symptom. But stick it together with a “yes” for the question about racing heartbeat & shortness of breath & you might well have a problem. If you think there’s even a slight chance you are suffering an anxiety or panic disorder test yourself now.

It could come as a relief to find out it’s anxiety attacks that have been bothering you for some time. If you are a sufferer, rest assured there is help at hand. Anxiety attacks can be beaten in several ways.

Anxiety Symptoms Test – Should You Take One?

Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I can say from experience they are darn scary and it wasn’t even me having the attack! I was in the car while my wife was driving when she was hit with a panic attack.

I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking an anxiety disorder symptoms test. Unfortunately we had to learn from a full blown attack.

I don’t mind telling you I was scared to death. I had never in forty odd years seen anything like this anxiety attack my wife was in the grip of. “In the grip of” is a good description as well. It was like two giant invisible hands were crushing her.

I reckon millions of people don’t even realise they are having a panic attack, but they are. They may be suffering at differing levels but they are still suffering. The good news is they don’t have to be. As frightening as they are they can be overcome.

We saw many doctors (can I say quacks?) that all seemed to arrive at the same conclusion. They’d repeatedly say there’s nothing to worry about, that it’s all in her head. Let me say here & now. I’ve seen someone have them and they are something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them quickly.

It may well be all in your head but if you are the victim of an attack you will know about it. Trust me on that. If you’ve experienced any of the following symptoms you may be a sufferer. If you see something you recognize in this list then act before you get a potentially deadly panic attack.
